Thank you for shopping with CAOS Gallery! We are committed to delivering your artwork and goods with care, efficiency, and transparency. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details regarding processing times and delivery expectations.

Processing Times

Orders containing ready-to-ship items will be processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.  Many of our pieces are handcrafted or custom-made. These items typically ship within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the item.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. states.  If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at caosgalleryllc@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays & Issues
